Your biggest business failures begin as communication failures.

Discover them before it's too late.

Discover them before it's too late.

3 of the top 5 business challenges in 2026 stem from poor communication.

By the time the damage becomes visible, it ofen looks something else:

• Conflicting interpretations wasting effort
• Costly problems discovered after missing deadlines
• Disengaged employees bleeding profit margins

Organizations that communicate with clarity earn over 20% more profit.

When people start from the same understanding better outcomes become far more likely:

• People get it right the first time
• Problems surface before they become expensive
• Teams move faster with greater confidence

Meet Charlie

Most organizations don’t lose time, money, or trust because people aren’t smart enough. They lose them because people leave the same conversation with different understandings.

That realization has shaped Charlie Krebs’ work for more than three decades.

A twice-tenured professor of communication and theatre, Charlie spent 22 years teaching Interpersonal Communication, Business Communication, Public Speaking, Team Dynamics, and Acting while directing more than 70 theatre productions. Those experiences reinforced a lesson that extends far beyond the classroom: communication isn’t measured by what we say—it’s measured by what other people understand.

Today, Charlie works with executives, leadership teams, and organizations committed to preventing costly communication failures before they happen. His programs help leaders create unmistakable clarity, surface hidden misunderstandings, and prevent the communication failures that quietly become business failures.

He developed The Soft Skills Engine™, a practical communication system that equips leaders and teams with the interpersonal skills they need to get it right the first time—improving productivity while reducing costly mistakes.

Charlie is also the author of The Power Skills Portfolio: A Leader’s Guide to Soft Skills, a practical framework for integrating interpersonal skills into effective leadership. He has delivered two TEDx talks and coached more than 70 TEDx speakers, helping them transform expertise into presentations people clearly understand and long remember.

His work is driven by a simple belief: the biggest business failures rarely begin as business failures. They begin as communication failures. Charlie’s mission is to help leaders discover the misunderstanding before they discover the damage.
