Worry, by nature, is usually negative: “What if something goes wrong?” “What if they don’t like me?” “What if, what if, what if...”
But the process of worry is a marvelously effective machine which tends to manifest itself, with poor results.
What if we used its power and changed its polarity? Positive Worry. “What if I engage?” “What if it goes well?” “What if I make a difference?” “What if abundance is everywhere?”
The subconscious will produce whatever we keep our mind on (what we worry about). So, if it produces what we worry about, let's give it something good to worry about. Give it a lot of good things. It will do it automatically, like a faithful servant.
